Credit Facilities

What we see in the future

Various major lending corporations create their own major credit facilities. Major examples include Berkshire Hathaway and Fortress. We believe that the creation of credit facilities with senior status and higher priority in the capital structure will be beneficial for depositors, and can allow for higher returns. At the same time, given the nature of how these facilities work, direct liquidity will be hard to get, and liquidity will thus be dependent upon market prices.
